Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Fantera prohibits any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — creating, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to it
• Grooming: befriending or manipulating a child to enable sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate images
• Sexualization of a minor, including sexualized commentary on images of children
• Trafficking of a child or advertising a child for sexual exploitation
• Attempting to contact minors for any of the purposes above

Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination, and are reported to the authorities as described below.

Age Requirements

Fantera is for fans 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts, and we delete accounts we discover to belong to children under 13. Certain features — including cash purchases of card packs — additionally require users to be 18 or older with a birthdate on their profile. Fans 13 and older may redeem earned FNR for merchandise in the Shop (some items are marked 18+); for a fan under 18 we collect a shipping address only for that order, keep it only as long as the order needs it, never sell or share it, and keep Partner Sharing off. Reporting Inside the App

Every public post, photo, video clip, poll, reply, crew chat message, and fan profile in Fantera can be reported in place: tap the ••• menu on the content (or long-press a chat message), choose Report, and select a reason — including “a private person” and “an intimate image” for photos and clips. Reports go to our moderation team for review, and reporting is confidential — the reported account is not told who filed the report. You can also block any account from its profile. Anonymous posts can be reported like any other: the author is anonymous to other fans, never to Fantera. A person shown in an intimate image posted without consent can have it removed within 48 hours through fantera.net/takedown, with no account needed.

Automated Screening

Every photo is scored by an automated classifier before it publishes, and every video clip is checked before it publishes: still frames from the clip are scored, its audio is transcribed and the text scored, the frames are compared against material we have already confirmed and removed, and an AI review step reads the frames, the transcript, and the caption together. A clip that shows a possible minor in a sexual context is frozen at once — it never publishes, it is not sent to any further review step, and no preview of it is shown to anyone — and the process below begins. A clip that cannot be checked waits for a human rather than publishing.

What We Do About CSAM

When we become aware of apparent CSAM on the Service, we:

• Remove the content immediately and preserve it as required for lawful reporting
• Terminate the responsible account
• Report the material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement investigations

Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Fantera complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws, including U.S. federal reporting obligations, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores where Fantera is distributed. We review these standards as laws and platform policies evolve.
