Response time. We aim to respond to every message within two business days. Requests that involve account access or a safety concern are prioritized.
Report Content or a User
Fantera is a community, and we take reports seriously. You can report offensive content or an abusive user in two ways:
- In the app.Open the profile of the person you want to report, tap the “…” menu, and choose Report or Block. In crew chats, press and hold a message and choose Report message. Blocking a person hides their content from you and prevents them from contacting you.
- By email. Write to support@fantera.net with a description of the content or account and, if you can, a screenshot. We review reports and take action under our community standards.

Account & Data Requests
You can manage your account and your data directly in the app under Profile → Data Rights, including downloading a copy of your data and deleting your account. For details on deletion, see our Account Deletion page. To make a privacy request by email, write to privacy@fantera.net.
Common Questions
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Verification codes arrive by SMS or email within a minute or two. If your code doesn’t arrive, request a new one, check that your number or email is correct, or switch between SMS and email on the sign-in screen. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS. See our SMS Terms.
What is FNR?
FNR is a rewards point you earn for fan engagement. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and resets at the start of each athletic season. See Terms of Service, Section 5.
How do I stop SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any Fantera text. You can still sign in using email verification. See our SMS Terms.
